In Lauhanvuori National Park there are several routes that you can also combine if you wish. The most popular loops include Pirunkierros, Rantapolku, Terassikierros, and Spitaalijärvi. More enthusiastic hikers can also try a longer nature route, which takes you beyond the national park to the idyllic village landscapes of Sarviluoma and the impressive Aumakivi.
At the Lauhanvuori observation tower you can climb to the highest point in western Finland, where wide views open across several regions. The Geobike route connects easily to a broader cycling network in Isojoki, making it suitable for cyclists with some experience.

In Isojoki, there are several companies where you can rent equipment such as fat bikes, tents, or other outdoor gear. Very close to Lauhansarvi nature tourism center is Isojoki animal shelter, where you can also find equipment for various kinds of trips.

In addition to Lauhansarvi nature tourism center, you are also served in summer by Kangasjärvi Camping, where you can stay affordably, swim in clear waters, and enjoy good food.
At Kangasjärvi Camping you can stay in a cabin, tent, or caravan. The campsite offers a variety of activities that make your holiday enjoyable. At the lake you can swim, fish, or try stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). The beautiful sandy pine forest landscapes are also great for walking or cycling. Shops and other services in the village center are less than a 10-minute drive away.

Lauhanvuori National Park & Kauhaneva–Pohjankangas National Park
Lauhanvuori National Park is complemented by its sister park, Kauhaneva–Pohjankangas National Park, located ten kilometers to the east. At the same time, you can travel along the Kyrönkankaan summer road, which was one of Finland’s most important main routes in the Middle Ages.
