It is easy to relax close to nature when you are surrounded by a comfortable villa and good company. The high-quality villas at Lauhansarvi nature tourism center can accommodate even larger families or groups. Smaller villas are also suitable for overnight stays during business trips.
The surrounding area offers great opportunities for outdoor activities, after which sauna and food taste even better. Time spent in Lauhanvuori National Park guarantees a good night’s sleep.
The area also includes a peaceful caravan site and simpler accommodation options for hikers.
Holiday villas in South Ostrobothnia
The villas at Lauhansarven luontomatkailukeskus are fully equipped cottages (bed linens, tableware included) with private bathrooms and saunas. Bed linens and towels are booked separately.
Final cleaning can also be ordered for the villa. Pre-ordered breakfast baskets are delivered to the villa already in the evening.

A peaceful base for hikers
In addition to holiday villas, you can stay at Lauhansarvi with your own caravan in a quiet caravan area, or during the snow-free season in the Siljan kammari cabin-style room, or in midsummer in the Urhola and Kalevala cabin huts.
Siljan kammari
Siljan kammari
Siljan kammari has two rooms: one with bunk beds and the other with two regular beds. There are a total of four beds.
The booking includes a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Shower and toilet facilities are located in a separate building. Siljan kammari does not have a kitchen or running water.
The prices include bed linens to be made by the guests themselves as well as self-service final cleaning. Parking is in the public parking area behind the restaurant. Cars cannot be driven into the yard.
Siljan kammari is not in use during the winter season.

Urhola & Kalevala
Urhola & Kalevala
Take a time journey back to an era when presidents were still “Kekkoses”: Urho Kaleva himself visited Lauhansarvi in Isojoki. Urhola and Kalevala are atmospheric summer cabins, alternatives to a tent, where you stay simply and close to nature.
Urhola has one 120 cm wide bed, while Kalevala has two separate beds arranged in a bunk style. The cabins are accessed via their own stairs. There is no heating or modern amenities—only pillows, blankets, and curtains. A perfect place for a quiet night in the middle of nature, without rush or noise.
Urhola & Kalevala are only in use during the summer.
