The man behind Fabig Oy
Both Lauhansarvi and Kangasjärvi Camping are traditional meeting places in Isojoki, with decades of history filled with many highlights and turning points.
One of the most recent turning points is Fabig Oy, which began operations in spring 2025. In March, locals read that Andre Fabig had purchased the business operations from Teppo Toivanen, who had run it for 25 years.

Andre Fabig is a German-born chef who has lived in Noormarkku, Pori for 25 years. His family includes a wife who works as a principal and three adult children.
Fabig Oy is Andre’s first company of his own, but he has extensive experience in the restaurant industry. His previous workplaces include the Ahlström Club in Noormarkku, where he worked as head chef, and most recently Restaurant Mekani in Pori.

Lauhansarvi
Restaurant & nature tourism center
On the menus of Lauhansarven luontomatkailukeskus, local ingredients and nature are often strongly present. Game, seasonal specialties, and unique regional products make every dining experience unique.
The influence of Lauhanvuori National Park is also visible, and a key concept in the operations of Lauhansarven luontomatkailukeskus has become GEOFood, which emphasizes the park’s Geopark status and supports sustainable development.
Lauhansarvi nature tourism center also offers high-quality accommodation services as well as rentable event spaces and saunas. The nearby Lauhanvuori National Park provides opportunities for nature tourism in beautiful landscapes.
