This weekend’s buffet features flavours from wild herbs!

Next weekend, 24–25 May, Lauhansarvi will be serving a wild herb buffet.

Lunch price: €19.50 / person (children €1 per year of age).

“This slightly different weekend buffet began with an idea: the desire to make everything ourselves, from scratch. Something that truly feels personal and special.

I have always enjoyed combining flavours, experimenting, and creating something new. Nothing from ready-made jars, but my own ideas, trials, and small successes that came together as a complete menu.

This buffet reflects the joy of doing things and the love of being able to offer something homemade. Welcome to taste and experience it – it has been made with heart.”
